Pishbol Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Pishbol. By creating an account or using Pishbol in any way, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use Pishbol.

Pishbol is currently in closed beta. Features may change, break, or be removed at any time without notice.

What Pishbol Is

Pishbol is a YouTube analytics tool. Pishbol connects to your YouTube channel via read-only OAuth, pulls your analytics data, and delivers a plain English digest to your inbox when something notable happens in your channel performance — on a schedule you choose.

Pishbol helps you understand your analytics. Pishbol does not manage your channel, post content, or make decisions on your behalf.

Beta Disclaimer

Pishbol is in closed beta. This means:

• The product is not finished. Things will break.
• Features may be added, changed, or removed without notice.
• Digest delivery may be interrupted during maintenance or due to issues with third-party APIs (including YouTube's).
• Pishbol provides no guarantee of uptime, data accuracy, or uninterrupted service during the beta period.
• Pishbol reserves the right to revoke beta access at any time, for any reason.

By using Pishbol during the beta, you accept these conditions.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. One account per person.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Pishbol.

Pishbol reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or engage in activity that harms other users or the integrity of the service.

Connecting Your YouTube Channel

When you connect your YouTube channel, you authorize Pishbol to access your YouTube analytics data in read-only mode using Google's official OAuth system.

Pishbol can only read your data. Pishbol cannot post, upload, edit, delete, or take any action on your channel.

You can disconnect your channel at any time from your account settings, or revoke Pishbol's access entirely at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Either action stops all data syncing and digest generation.

You are responsible for ensuring your use of Pishbol complies with YouTube's Terms of Service.

Your Data

Pishbol stores 90 days of rolling analytics data per connected channel. See the Privacy Policy for full details on what Pishbol collects, how it's used, and your rights.

You own your data. Pishbol does not sell it.

Digest Delivery

Pishbol delivers digests by email on a schedule you choose — weekly every Monday (default), rolling weekly, every three days, or daily. Digests are only sent when Pishbol detects something notable: a meaningful shift in your views, watch time, CTR, or subscriber trend compared to the prior period. If nothing significant changed, no email is sent that period.

Digest delivery also depends on:

• Your YouTube channel remaining connected and active
• YouTube's Analytics API being available (YouTube data has a 2–3 day processing delay — this is normal and expected)
• Your email address being valid and confirmed

Pishbol is not responsible for digests that go undelivered due to email filtering, invalid addresses, or third-party service outages.

During the beta period, digest frequency options are subject to change as pricing is finalized.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Pishbol to access analytics data for channels you don't own or have explicit permission to manage
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from Pishbol's systems
• Use Pishbol in any way that violates YouTube's Terms of Service or Google's API policies
• Attempt to circumvent any access controls, rate limits, or security measures
• Use Pishbol for any unlawful purpose

Intellectual Property

Pishbol — including the name, logo, design, and software — is owned by Smartin Up Creations. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any part of Pishbol without written permission.

Your YouTube data belongs to you. Pishbol does not claim ownership over your analytics data.

Trademark notice. YouTube® and Google® are trademarks of Google LLC. Pishbol is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google. Pishbol is an independent third-party application that uses YouTube API Services.

Liability & Disclaimers

As-is service. Pishbol is provided "as is" during the beta period, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Pishbol makes no warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or fitness of the service for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pishbol and Smartin Up Creations are not liable for:

• Any loss of data, revenue, subscribers, or channel performance
• Inaccuracies in your digest due to delays or errors in YouTube's API
• Service interruptions, bugs, or failures during the beta period
• Any decisions you make based on information provided by Pishbol

Pishbol's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you have paid Pishbol in the three months before the claim arose. Free users, including all users during the closed beta period, have no liability protection beyond what is otherwise required by law.

Indemnification. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pishbol, Smartin Up Creations, and its members, managers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Pishbol, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

No personal liability. No member, manager, employee, or affiliate of Smartin Up Creations has any personal liability under these terms. Any claim related to Pishbol may only be brought against Smartin Up Creations as the legal entity.

Force majeure. Pishbol is not liable for any delay or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet or hosting outages, third-party API changes (including YouTube's), or government actions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as Pishbol evolves. For minor changes, we will update the "last updated" date above. For material changes, we will notify you through an in-app notice the next time you sign in, or by email, before they take effect. Continued use of Pishbol after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deletion is permanent. See the Privacy Policy for how your data is handled on deletion.

Pishbol reserves the right to terminate or suspend access for violations of these terms or for any reason during the beta period.

General Legal

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Severability. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Entire agreement. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pishbol regarding your use of the service.
